A compassionate space for individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional healing — at your own pace.
About Eloise
Are you hoping to find a greater sense of empowerment and stability in your life? I would be honored to join you on your journey. I am passionate about empowering individuals as they process trauma, and my approach focuses on creating a safe and productive space where you can feel supported, heard, and free from judgment.
My goal is to help you gain control over your emotions, rather than feeling controlled by them. I draw on my multicultural experiences and background working with survivors of intimate partner violence and inpatient mental health settings to create a holistic and truly safe therapeutic environment.
I understand that starting therapy can be a challenging step, and I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey. Hopefully, we can share some laughs along the way.
What I Offer
I work with individuals who are struggling in their relationships, processing past trauma, and wanting to build stronger emotional regulation skills.
Specialized care for those carrying the weight of past trauma — including sexual abuse, domestic violence, and adverse childhood experiences — using evidence-based approaches designed for lasting healing.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, research-backed therapy that helps the brain process and release distressing memories that feel stuck in the body and mind.
Supportive therapy for individuals navigating relationship challenges, domestic abuse recovery, communication breakdowns, and building healthier patterns of connection.
Evidence-based tools including CBT and mindfulness approaches to help you manage anxiety, depression, and the everyday weight that keeps you from living fully.
Whether you're navigating grief, major life changes, identity questions, or self-esteem struggles, I provide grounded support through seasons of uncertainty and growth.
An affirming, sex-positive, and kink-friendly space. I am proud to serve the LGBTQ+ community and all individuals who deserve a therapist who truly sees them.
My Approach
I believe therapy is most effective when it's tailored to you — your history, your nervous system, your goals. I draw on multiple therapeutic modalities to create a personalized treatment plan that moves at your pace.
I love learning about how our brains work and weave psychoeducation throughout our work together, helping you understand why you feel the way you do — and how to shift it.
Above all, my practice is built on respect, warmth, and the unwavering belief that you are capable of healing.
Every session is built on a foundation of psychological safety — no judgment, no pressure, no agenda beyond your wellbeing.
My goal is to give you tools that work outside the therapy room, so you grow more capable and confident over time.
I take into account your culture, identity, relationships, body, and history — because healing happens in context.
Telehealth only, with scheduling flexibility designed to make therapy as accessible as possible for your life.
Common Questions
I am currently telehealth only. All sessions take place via a secure video platform, which means you can attend from anywhere in Virginia — no commute, no waiting room.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain process traumatic memories that feel "stuck." Instead of talking through an event in detail, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to help your nervous system reprocess the memory so it loses its emotional charge. It's particularly effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and grief. We'd discuss whether it's the right fit during our consultation.

That's completely okay — most of my clients start exactly there. I'll never pressure you to share more than you're ready to. Our first sessions are about getting to know each other, understanding what brings you in, and figuring out what kind of support would feel most helpful for you.
